摘 要:以某大型三级综合医院为例,运用SWOT分析法对感染护理团队内部竞争优势、劣势、外部发展机会和风险进行综合分析,探讨感染护理团队在发展中面临的机遇与挑战。以医院高度重视与支持、感染专科硬件设施设备先进、团队凝聚力强、管理人才优势突出等内部优势为发展基础,在人—岗—事护理管理模式固化、岗位绩效激励不足、护理单元之间合作程度不高等方面寻找发展突破口,固优势、补短板,为制定感染专科护理发展规划提供参考。By taking a large comprehensive hospital of grade three as an example, SWOT analysis was used to comprehensively analyze the internal competitive strengths, weaknesses, external development opportunities and risks, and explore the opportunities and challenges faced by the infection nursing team in the development.Based on the hospital’s internal advantages, such as high attention and support, advanced hardware facilities and equipment of infection specialty, strong team cohesion and outstanding management talents, the development breakthrough should be found in the solidification of man-post-service nursing management, lack of post-performance incentive and low degree of cooperation between nursing units, so as to consolidate advantages and make up shortcomings, and provide reference for the development planning of specialized infection care.
