摘  要:数字时代教师角色面临变革与重塑,对于从事与数字技术密不可分的STEAM教育的教师更是如此。数字时代也使得学生对教师、新教师对老教师的数字反哺成为必要和可能。通过分析S小学和B中学两所学校在教师培训方面的优秀实践案例,本研究从翻转课堂、学习共同体、师徒制三个方面提出数字时代促进STEAM教师专业发展的策略。The role of teacher in digital era is facing reform and remolding,especially for the teacher who deals with STEAM education which is indispensable with digital technology.The digital era has also made the digital feedback of student to teacher and new teacher to old teacher necessary and possible.Based on the analysis of the excellent teacher training cases in both S Elementary School and B Middle School,strategies are proposed to promote STEAM teachers’professional development in the digital era from three aspects,namely,the flipped classroom,the learning community,and the mentor-apprentice system.
