关怀品质:情感经济时代现代服务业高技能人才培养的新指向--基于内尔·诺丁斯关怀理论视角

摘　　要：在情感经济时代,现代服务业的发展不仅需要高技能人才服务知识和服务技能的供给,还要求高技能人才具备服务情感,其中关怀品质十分重要。现代服务业高技能人才的关怀品质属于职业道德素质范畴,现代服务业的情感性、关系性和个性化特点对高技能人才关怀品质提出了深切诉求,然而现代服务业高技能人才关怀品质缺失现象较为严重。建议以内尔·诺丁斯关怀理论为依据,通过充分发挥榜样力量、动态优化课程设置、积极开展实践活动、建立柔性评价机制和加速构建关怀型社会等路径为现代服务业高技能人才培养提供关怀教育,进而促进现代服务业发展,提高服务质量。In feeling economy age, the development of modern service industry demands not only the supply of highly skilled talents service knowledge and skills, but also service feeling, and the caring quality is very important.The caring quality of highly skilled talents of modern service industry belongs to the category of professional ethics quality. It has deepen demands that emotional characteristic, relational characteristic and individual characteristic of modern service industry to the caring quality of highly skilled talents. However, the phenomenon of lacking caring quality is serious. In order to promote the development of modern service industry and improve the Chinese service quality, some useful solutions are promised to supply caring education for highly skilled talents’ cultivation of modern service industry based on the caring theory of Nel Noddings, which conclude playing the role of example, optimizing curriculum design dynamically, carrying out practical activities actively, establishing flexible evaluation mechanism,and constructing caring society.
