摘　　要：目的 探讨丁苯酞软胶囊联合奥拉西坦对脑梗死患者缺血区域脑血流量和认知功能障碍的影响。方法 选取2019年5月至2020年5月本院收治的86例脑梗死患者作为研究对象,根据随机摸球法分为甲组与乙组,每组43例。在常规治疗基础上,甲组给予奥拉西坦治疗,乙组给予奥拉西坦联合丁苯酞软胶囊治疗,比较两组缺血区域脑血流量、认知功能障碍及临床疗效。结果 治疗后1周、1个月,乙组缺血区域脑血流量均大于甲组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,乙组蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)、简易智力状态检查量表(MMSE)、Barthel评分均高于甲组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。乙组治疗总有效率(95.35%)高于甲组(79.07%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 丁苯酞软胶囊联合奥拉西坦治疗脑梗死疗效显著,可改善患者缺血区域脑血流量,减轻认知功能障碍,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of butylphthalide soft capsule combined with oxiracetam on cerebral blood flow and cognitive dysfunction in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 86 patients with cerebral infarction who were treated in our hospital from May2019 to May 2020 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into group A and group B according to the random touch ball method, with 43 cases in each group. On the basis of conventional treatment, group A was given oxiracetam, and group B was given oxiracetam combined with butylphthalide soft capsules, the cerebral blood flow in the ischemic region, the cognitive impairment and the clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results 1 week and 1 month after treatmen, the cerebral blood flow in the ischemic area of group B was more than that of group A, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, Montreal Cognitive assessment scale(MoCA), mini-mental state examination scale(MMSE), and Barthel scores in group B were higher than those in group A, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in group B(95.35%) was higher than that in group A(79.07%), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Butylphthalide soft capsules combined with oxiracetam has significant curative effect in the treatment of patients with cerebral infarction, can improve the cerebral blood flow in the ischemic region of the patients, reduce their cognitive dysfunction, and enhance the therapeutic effect, it is worthy of clinical application.
