摘　　要：目的 分析1.8 mm微切口超声乳化吸除术治疗急性闭角型青光眼的临床效果。方法 选取2019年5月至2020年5月本院收治的61例急性闭角型青光眼患者作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为两组。对照组(n=30,30眼)行传统手术治疗,观察组(n=31,31眼)行1.8 mm微切口超声乳化吸除术治疗,比较两组治疗前后散光情况及视力改善情况。结果 治疗1周和治疗1、2、3个月,两组散光情况均高于治疗前(P<0.05),治疗前及治疗1周、1个月、2个月,两组散光情况比较差异无统计学意义,治疗3个月后,观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗1周和治疗1、2、3个月,两组视力情况均高于治疗前(P<0.05),治疗前及治疗1周、1个月、2个月组间比较差异无统计学意义。结论 行1.8 mm微切口超声乳化吸除术治疗急性闭角型青光眼,治疗效果与小切口超声乳化白内障吸除术治疗效果无明显差异,1.8 mm微切口超声乳化吸除术远期疗效更具优势,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of 1.8 mm micro incision phacoemulsification in the treatment of acute angle closure glaucoma. Methods 61 patients with acute angle closure glaucoma treated in our hospital from May 2019 to may 2020 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into two groups according to random number table method. The control group(n=30, 30 eyes) was treated with traditional surgery, and the observation group(n=31, 31 eyes) was treated with 1.8 mm micro incision phacoemulsification, the astigmatism and visual acuity improvement were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results After 1 week of treatment and 1, 2, and 3 months of treatment, the astigmatism of the two groups was higher than that before treatment(P<0.05);before treatment and after 1 week, 1 month and 2 months of treatment, there was no significant difference in astigmatism between the groups;after 3 months of treatment, the astigmatism in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). After 1 week of treatment and 1, 2, and 3 months of treatment, the visual acuity of the two groups was higher than that before treatment(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in visual acuity between the groups before treatment and at 1 week, 1 month and 2 months after treatment. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of 1.8 mm micro incision phacoemulsification in the treatment of acute angle closure glaucoma is consistent with that of small incision phacoemulsification cataract extraction, but compared with the long-term effect, 1.8 mm micro incision phacoemulsification has more advantages, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
