老年痔疮患者的发病原因分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨老年痔疮患者的发病原因。方法 选取2019年8月至2020年12月本院收治的46例老年痔疮患者作为痔疮组,另选取同期于本院接受检查的46例健康老年人作为健康组,比较两组基本资料与临床数据,分析老年痔疮患者的发病因素。结果 两组痔疮病史、吸烟史、长期便秘史、饮食喜辛辣油腻、胃肠道疾病史、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、排便时间规律、排便时间>20 min比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析结果显示,痔疮病史、吸烟史、长期便秘史、饮食喜辛辣油腻等8项因素均为影响老年患者患痔疮疾病的独立因素。结论 老年患者痔疮病史、吸烟史、长期便秘史、饮食喜辛辣油腻等8项因素均为诱发老年痔疮患者的影响因素,应做好临床教育,帮助患者养成良好生活习惯,控制疾病发病率。Objective To explore the causes of elderly patients with hemorrhoids. Methods A total of 46 elderly patients with hemorrhoids admitted to our hospital from August 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the hemorrhoid group, and 46 healthy elderly patients who were examined in the hospital during the same period were selected as the healthy group, the basic and clinical data were compared between the two groups.Discuss risk factors of elderly patients with hemorrhoids. Results There were significant differences between the two groups in hemorrhoid history,smoking history, long-term constipation history, spicy and greasy diet, gastrointestinal disease history, self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) score, defecation time rule and defecation time >20 min(P<0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that 8 factors, such as history of hemorrhoids, smoking history, long-term constipation history, and liking spicy and greasy diet, were independent influencing factors of hemorrhoid disease in elderly patients. Conclusion Eight factors including history of hemorrhoids, smoking, long-term constipation and eating spicy and greasy food can induce hemorrhoids in elderly patients. Clinical education should be done to help patients develop good living habits and control the disease incidence rate.
