摘　　要：目的 探讨F-FDG PET-CT显像在原发结外淋巴瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法 选取2018年1月至2020年1月本院收治的68例疑似原发结外淋巴瘤患者作为研究对象,均进行F-FDG PET-CT显像后分析确诊病例,并以病理学检查结果作为参照,分析诊断准确率。结果 经病理学检查,64例确诊为原发结外淋巴瘤,以F-FDG PET-CT显像进行检查时,确诊56例,诊断准确率为82.35%,与病理学检查结果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 以F-FDG PET-CT显像辅助诊断原发结外淋巴瘤,诊断准确率尚可,临床需给予足够重视,为后续治疗提供参考。Objective To investigate the application value ofF-FDG PET-CT imaging in the diagnosis of primary extradodal lymphoma.Methods A total of 68 patients with suspected primary extranodal lymphoma admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research subjects. AfterF-FDG PET-CT imaging was performed, the confirmed cases were analyzed. The accuracy of diagnosis was analyzed with the pathological examination results as a reference. Results Among the 68 patients with suspected primary extranodal lymphoma, 64cases were confirmed by pathological examination, and 56 cases were confirmed byF-FDG PET-CT imaging, with a diagnostic accuracy of82.35%, which was statistically significant compared with pathological examination results(P<0.05). Conclusion In the diagnosis of patients with primary extradodal lymphoma,F-FDG PET-CT imaging can be used as an adjuvant, and its diagnostic accuracy is reasonable. Enough attention should be paid to it clinically, so that it can provide a powerful reference for subsequent treatment.
