摘 要:目的 探讨抗疫精神作为思政元素在人体解剖学呼吸系统教学中的应用效果。方法 选取2020年10—11月学习人体解剖学呼吸系统的河南中医药大学2020级中西医临床医学本科1班和2班的251名学生作为研究对象,将学生分为实验组(n=123)和对照组(n=128)。对照组采用传统教学模式,实验组在对照组基础上融入抗疫精神思政元素。比较两组课堂回答问题情况、章节测试成绩分布及对本章节教学总体评价。结果 实验组学生课堂积极性(95.12%)高于对照组(83.59%),章节测试成绩[(84.26±8.37)分]高于对照组[(76.39±7.55)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组对教学评价的优秀率(89.43%)高于对照组(81.60%),不合格率(10.57%)低于对照组(18.40%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 抗疫精神作为思政元素融入人体解剖学呼吸系统的教学模式,可激发学生内在学习动力,提高学生课堂积极性、章节测试成绩和对课堂教学的总体评价。Objective To explore the application of anti-epidemic spirit as ideological and political element in the teaching of human anatomy and respiratory system. Methods Select 251 students from Class 1 and Class 2 of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2020 undergraduate clinical medicine of Chinese and Western medicine, who studied human anatomy and respiratory system from October to November 2020 as the research subjects, and the students were divided into experimental group(n=123) and control group(n=128). The control group adopts the traditional teaching model, and the experimental group incorporates the anti-epidemic spirit as ideological and political element on the basis of the control group. The classroom answers to questions, chapter test score distribution, and overall evaluation of the chapter’ s teaching between the two group were compared. Results Classroom enthusiasm(95.12%) of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(83.59%), and the chapter test score([84.26±8.37] score) was higher than that of the control group([76.39±7.55] score), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The excellent rate of teaching evaluation in the experimental group(89.43%) was higher than that of the control group(81.60%), and the unqualified rate(10.57%) was lower than that of the control group(18.40%), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The anti-epidemic spirit as ideological and political element in the teaching of human anatomy and respiratory system, which can stimulate students’ internal learning motivation, improve students’ classroom enthusiasm, chapter test scores and overall evaluation of classroom teaching.
