气相色谱法测定精制银翘解毒片中薄荷脑的含量

摘  要:目的:通过气相色谱法测定精制银翘解毒片中薄荷脑的含量,以保证该药品的质量安全。方法:采用气相色谱法(GC),Rtx-Wax柱(30m×0.25μm×0.25μm);氢火焰离子化检测器;程序升温:70℃(hold 4min),1.5℃/min速率升至120℃,3℃/min速率升至200℃,30℃/min速率升至230℃(hold 2min),进样口温度200℃检测器温度300℃;分流进样(分流比5∶1,进样量:1μL)。结果:按上述方法进行气相色谱测定,薄荷脑与其他组分分离度高,薄荷脑的出峰时间为33.76min。该法线性关系良好r=0.9999,准确度RSD为0.80%,精密度RSD为1.5%,重现性RSD为0.51%,稳定性RSD为1.7%,加标回收率在99.02%~100.89%之间。结论:该方法简便易行,分析快速,柱效高,准确度好,精密度高,重现性好,稳定性高,回收率高,可作为精制银翘解毒片中薄荷脑的含量测定方法,以提高该药品的质量标准,保障该药品质量。Objective:to determine the content of menthol in refined Yinqiao Jiedu Tablets by gas chromatography in order to ensure the quality and safety of the drμg.Methods:gas chromatography(GC),RTX wax column(30m×0.25μm×0.25μm);Hydrogen flame ionization detector;Programmed temperature rise:70℃(hold 4min),1.5℃/min rate rises to 120℃,3℃/min rate rises to 200℃,30℃/min rate rises to 230℃(hold 2min),sample inlet temperature 200℃,detector temperature 300℃;Split injection(split ratio 5∶1,injection volume:1uL).According to the above method,the concentration of menthol was separated from that of other components for 7633 minutes.The linear relationship of the method is good,r=0.9999,RSD of accuracy is 0.80%,RSD of precision is 1.5%,RSD of reproducibility is 0.51%,RSD of stability is 1.7%,and the recovery rate of standard addition is 99.02%~100.89%.Conclusion:the method is simple,rapid,high column efficiency,good accuracy,high precision,good reproducibility,high stability and high recovery.It can be used for the determination of menthol in refined Yinqiao Jiedu Tablets,so as to improve the quality standard of the drμg and ensure the quality and quantity of the drμg.
