摘 要:试验旨研究鹌鹑日粮中添加蜂毒素对其免疫功能及抗氧化功能的影响。选择320只70日龄鹌鹑,随机分成4组,每组4个重复,每个重复20只。对照组为基础日粮(Con组),各试验组在基础日粮中分别添加0.08 g/kg (M1组)、0.12 g/kg (M2组)、0.16 g/kg (M3组)的蜂毒素。试验期21 d。检测血清免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白A (IgA)、补体C3及干扰素-γ (IFN-γ)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)和丙二醛(MDA)等指标;取十二指肠、空肠和回肠,以实时荧光定量RT-PCR法检测白细胞介素-2 (IL-2)和IFN-γ mRNA相对表达量。结果显示:与Con组相比,M2组鹌鹑平均日采食量显著增加(P<0.05),M1组和M2组蛋鸡的平均蛋重显著增加(P<0.05);M2组鹌鹑血清IgG、IgA、补体C3、IFN-γ含量及SOD和GSH-Px活性显著增加(P<0.05),MDA含量显著降低(P<0.05)。与Con组相比,M1组鹌鹑回肠IL-2 m RNA相对表达量显著增加(P<0.05),M2组鹌鹑十二指肠和回肠IL-2、十二指肠和空肠IFN-γ mRNA相对表达量显著增加(P<0.05)。研究表明,日粮中添加0.08、0.12 g/kg蜂毒素均能够提高鹌鹑免疫功能和抗氧化功能,其中以0.12 g/kg蜂毒素的效果较好。The experiment was to investigate the effect of melittin added to quail feed on the immune function and antioxidant function. 320 70-day-old quails were randomly divided into four groups, with four replicates in each group and 20 quails in each replicate. Control group was fed with basal diet, and each test group was supplemented with 0.08 g/kg(group M1), 0.12 g/kg(group M2) and 0.16 g/kg(group M3) of melittin in basal diet, respectively. The test period was21 d. Detection of serum IgG, IgA, complement C3 and IFN-γ, SOD, GSH-Px and MDA. The relative expression levels of IL-2 and IFN-γ mRNA in duodenum, jejunum and ileum were detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative RTPCR. The results showed that compared with control group(group Con), the average daily feed intake of group M2 was significantly increased(P<0.05), and the average egg weight of group M1 and group M2 was significantly increased(P<0.05). The content of serum IgG, IgA, complement C3, IFN-γ and the activity of SOD and GSH-Px in group M2 were significantly increased(P<0.05), the content of MDA was significantly decreased(P<0.05). Compared with control group(group Con), the relative expression of IL-2 mRNA in ileum of quails in group M1 was significantly increased(P<0.05),the relative expressions of IL-2 and IFN-γ in duodenum and jejunum of quails in group M2 were significantly increased (P<0.05). The study indicates that both 0.08 and0.12 g/kg melittin can improve the immune function and antioxidant function of quails under the test conditions, and the effect of 0.12 g/kg melittin is better.
