摘　　要：泪囊肿瘤发病率较低,但病理类型多样,且以恶性者居多。早期常无特征性临床表现,易被误诊为慢性泪囊炎或鼻泪管阻塞等疾病而延误治疗。因此,早期诊断、早期治疗显得尤为重要。本文就泪囊肿瘤的诊断及治疗方式进行综述。Tumors of the lacrimal sac are rare but diverse in pathological types,of which the majority are malignant.Tumors of the lacrimal sac are easy to be misdiagnosed as chronic dacryocystitis or obstruction of nasolacrimal duct for lack of characteristic clinical manifestations,and lead to the delay in initiation of treatment.Therefore,early diagnosis and treatment are essential.Now,this article reviews the diagnosis and treatment of tumors of the lacrimal sac.
