基于模糊综合评价法的中小学研学旅行质量评价体系构建与实证研究

摘　　要：基于模糊综合评价法,构建中小学研学旅行质量评价体系并进行实证研究。本研究从学生对研学旅行的满意度出发,构建了由4个一级指标、11个二级指标组成的中小学研学旅行质量评价体系,评价汉中市中小学的研学旅行质量。采用专家调查法对这次中小学研学旅行质量评价体系的权重系数进行确定,先根据指标体系设计专家意见调查表,然后由陕西省教育及旅游等领域的15位专家分别填写调查表。依据中小学研学旅行的质量评价体系编写调查问卷,向汉中市中小学生发放研学旅行质量评价调查问卷350份,回收有效问卷323份。根据最大隶属度原则判定,汉中市中小学生对研学旅行质量的满意度较低,需制订研学旅行行业标准,调整研学旅行课程大纲,建立研学旅行效果反馈和评价机制,以期提升研学质量,推动研学旅行行业的发展。Based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the study constructs the quality evaluation system of research travel of primary and middle schools,and does empirical study.The study starts from the satisfaction of research travel of the students,constructs research travel quality evaluation system of primary and middle schools,in which there are 4 first level indexes and 11 second level indexes,and evaluates the research travel quality of primary and middle schools in Hanzhong City.Expert investigation method is used to determine the weight coefficients of the research travel quality evaluation system of primary and middle schools,and expert opinionaire is designed according to index system.15 experts of Shaanxi Province education and tourism fields answer the questionnaire.According to research travel quality evaluation system of primary and middle schools,investigation questionnaire is finished.350 investigation questionnaires of research travel quality evaluation are issued to primary and middle school students in Hanzhong City.323 effective questionnaires are recycled.According to maximum membership principle,the satisfaction of research travel quality of primary and middle school students in Hanzhong City is low.It is necessary to formulate study travel industry standard,adjust study travel course outline,and establish research travel effect feedback and evaluation mechanism,to improve study travel quality and promote the development of study travel industry.
