摘  要:探讨护生的情域能力对护生职业态度的影响。Pearson相关分析结果显示,护生的职业态度得分与情域能力总分及各维度水平均存在显著正相关。进行分层多元回归分析后显示,将人口学变量以及影响因素变量控制后,专业价值评价能力、专业内涵领悟能力可独立预测职业态度的51%。院校应重视对护生的专业情感教育,提高护生情域能力,提高专业认可度,促进护生对职业态度的积极转变。The study explored the influence of emotional capacity on professional attitude of nursing students.The results of Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was significant positive correlation between the professional attitude score of nursing students,and the total score of emotional capacity and the level of each dimension.Hierarchical multiple regression analysis showed that after controlling demographic and influencing factor variables,the professional value evaluation capacity and professional connotation comprehension capacity can independently predict 51%of the professional attitude.Colleges and universities should pay attention to the professional emotional teaching of nursing students education,improve nursing students’emotional capacity,improve professional recognition,and promote the positive change of nursing students’professional attitude towards nurses.
