摘　　要：基于现代学徒制的育人模式,建立“校园文化实践+企业技能实践”双平台,辅以形式多样的活动,开展课程思政双主体育人的实践教学,深挖公共课、专业课、企业实践课三课堂的思政元素,丰富教学内容,改进教学方法,完善课程思政的实施路径,并提出校企共建“四位一体”德育体系的改进措施,为现代学徒制模式下课程思政双主体协同育人机制的探索与实践奠定基础。Based on the education model of modern apprenticeship,the study establishes two platforms of“campus culture practice+enterprise skill practice”;adds various forms of activities;develops the practical teaching of course ideological and political subjects education;deeply explores the ideological and political elements of public,professional and enterprise practical courses,to enrich teaching content,improve teaching method,and perfect the implement path of course ideology and policy.The improvement measures of“quaternity”moral education system under school-enterprise construction are proposed,to lay foundation for collaborative education of exploration and practice of course ideological and political subjects under modern apprenticeship model.
