摘  要:基于多维度、递进式模式的视角,对研究生实践创新能力培养进行探索。分析了研究生培养快速发展阶段存在的问题:培养环节与高层次人才培养需求有些脱节,有些忽略教学环节与实际科研工作之间的关系,对过程能力培养的重视程度不够。对此,进行了多维度、递进式培养模式的构建与实施:通过课堂教学模式、课外实践创新活动和科学研究引导等方面的协同发展来提升研究生的创新能力;将研究生的培养分为课程学习、课题研究引导和独立自主研究这三个阶段,一步一步引导研究生获得创新能力的提升;改进教学模式与方法,通过实践活动促进创新人才培养,实行教学与科研闭环培养。为了实现培养高层次创新人才的教育目标,提出了多维度、递进式的研究生培养模式,通过形式多样的教学模式与方法来进行学科研究,以期提高研究生的科学素养和创新能力。Based on the perspective of multi-dimensional and progressive mode,the study explores the cultivation of postgraduate practical innovation ability,and analyzes the problems in rapid development stage postgraduate training.There is disjoint between training links and the high level talent training demands.The relationship between teaching and practical scientific research is neglected.And the attention on process ability training is insufficient.Therefore multi-dimensional and progressive training mode is constructed and implemented,i.e.improving postgraduates’innovative ability through the coordinated development,such as course teaching mode,extracurricular practice and innovation activities and scientific research guidance,etc;dividing the training of postgraduates into course learning,research project guidance,and independent and autonomous research,gradually guiding postgraduates to improve postgraduates’innovative ability;improving teaching mode and method,promoting innovation talent training through practical activities,and implementing the closed loop training of teaching and scientific research.In order to achieve the education target of high level innovation talents,the multi-dimensional and progressive postgraduate training mode is proposed,discipline research is done through various teaching modes and methods to improve postgraduates’scientific literacy and innovative ability.
