摘　　要：如何提高国际研究生创新能力是目前亟待研究和解决的问题。以轨道交通学科国际研究生为主体,结合目前国际研究生培养现状,分析轨道交通学科国际研究生创新能力培养主要影响因素,明确轨道交通学科国际研究生创新能力培养评价基本原则,构建集创新思维、创新素养、创新实践和创新成果于一体的创新能力评价机制,打造基于培养过程、组织机构、科研平台和奖惩机制的轨道交通学科国际研究生创新能力培养保障机制,切实提高国际研究生创新能力,为培养知华、友华、爱华的轨道交通高层次国际人才提供支撑。How to improve the innovation ability of international postgraduates is an urgent issue to be studied and solved now.Taken international postgraduates in rail transit discipline as the main body and on basis of current international postgraduates training status,main factors influencing the innovation ability training in rail transit discipline are analyzed.Then,basic principles of the innovation ability training evaluation for international postgraduates in rail transit discipline are clarified.Also,an evaluation mechanism integrating innovative thinking,literacy,practice and achievements is constructed.In addition,based on the training process,organization,research platform and reward and punishment mechanism,a guarantee mechanism is built to improve the innovative ability of international postgraduates and provide supports for training high-level international talents in rail transportation with known,friendly and closely to China.
