摘　　要：Spiz样肿瘤是一组由梭形及上皮样细胞组成的黑素细胞肿瘤,其3种亚型(Spiz痣、不典型Spitz肿瘤和Spitz痣样黑素瘤)间的鉴别诊断是一大难点。本文报道1例Spitz样肿瘤患者,通过复习文献并梳理3种不同分型在临床表现、组织病理及免疫组化等方面的鉴别要点,最终将其诊断为Spitz痣。手术完整切除并随访6个月,未见复发。Spitzoid tumor is a group of melanocytic tumors composed of spindle and epithelioid cells.The differential diagnosis among three subtypes(Spitz nevi,atypical Spitz tumor and spitzoid melanoma)is a difficult point.The patient with spitzoid tumor reported here was eventually diagnosed as Spitz nevi by reviewing relevant literatures,summarizing the differentiation of three types in terms of clinical manifestations,pathology and immunohistochemistry.The tumor was completely removed by the surgery and recurrence wasn't observed during the 6 months of followe-up.
