摘  要:在半钢子午线轮胎胎面胶中分别应用不同品种(N100、N200、N300系列)和不同用量(N234)的炭黑,考察了炭黑品种和N234用量对胎面胶性能的影响。结果表明,在胎面胶配方中分别添加相同用量的N134、N234、N220、N339、N375后,N134填充硫化胶的耐磨性最好,N375填充硫化胶的压缩温升最低;随着N234用量的增加,混炼胶的Payne效应增强,硫化胶的补强性能与耐磨性能先上升后下降,压缩温升升高,回弹降低,滞后损失增大。The effect of carbon black kinds and N234 dosages on the properties of the tread compound were investigated by using different kinds(N100,N200,N300 series) and amount(N234) of carbon black in the semi-steel radial tires tread compound.The results showed that,after adding the same amount of carbon blacks N134,N234,N220,N339 and N375 to the tread compound formula,the wear resistance of N134 filled compound was the best,the heat build-up of N375 filled compound was the lowest.The Payne effect of mixed rubber was enhanced,the reinforcement performance and wear resistance of the vulcanizate first increased and then decreased,the hysteresis loss and the heat build-up improved,rebound value decreased as the increase of the amount of N234.
