摘　　要：为了在自然资源调查中完整体现不同分类之间的关系,更好地利用各类专项调查数据成果,研究自然资源调查分类和其他专项调查分类的融合。针对国土三调与森林资源调查数据之间的标准及边界冲突问题,提出了一种关联分类的解决方法。以现状是否符合森林的定义和用途出发,建立国土三调分类与森林资源调查分类之间的关联分类。基于国土三调图斑,整合森林资源调查数据中符合关联分类要求的图斑,并结合遥感影像、管理数据等,形成自然资源统一调查工作底图。在南京马汊河自然资源确权工作中应用该工作底图,有效验证了采用关联分类方法形成自然资源统一调查工作底图的可行性。In order to fully reflect the relationship between different classification in the survey of natural resources,and make better use of special survey data,the fusion of natural resources survey classification and other special survey classification is studied.Aiming at the standard and boundary conflict between the data of the third national land survey and the second type forest resources inventory,a relational classification method was proposed.Based on whether the situation fits the definition and use of forest,the association classification between the third national land survey classification and the second type forest resources inventory classification was established.Based on the third national land survey data,the base map of natural resources is formed by integrating forest survey data that meet the requirements of association classification and combining remote sensing images with management data.The base map is applied to the natural resources right confirmation of Macha River in Nanjing,and it is verified that the method of association classification is feasible to make the working base map of natural resources unified survey.
