摘 要:目的探讨鼠双微体基因2(MDM2)和CXC趋化因子受体7(CXCR7)在正常脑组织和胶质瘤组织中的表达水平及其与病理特征的关系。方法收集2018年1月至2022年1月临沂市人民医院病理确诊的74例胶质瘤组织和15例正常脑组织作为实验研究对象,采用免疫组织化学方法检测上述组织中MDM2和CXCR7表达,结合临床资料行χ2检验分析。结果胶质瘤组织MDM2表达率59.46%(44/74),明显高于正常脑组织MDM2表达率6.67%(1/15),两者差异有统计学意义(χ2=13.906,P<0.01)。胶质瘤组织CXCR7表达率70.27%(52/74),明显高于正常脑组织CXCR7表达率6.67%(1/15),两者差异有统计学意义(χ2=20.946,P<0.01)。MDM2和CXCR7表达水平与胶质瘤组织学分级呈明显相关(χ2=5.205、5.478,P<0.05)。MDM2和CXCR7表达水平与胶质瘤年龄、性别、肿瘤部位无明显相关(χ2=0.000、0.014、0.072、0.062、0.039、0.021,P>0.05)。结论MDM2和CXCR7在胶质瘤组织中呈高表达,提示MDM2和CXCR7在胶质瘤的进展中可能起重要作用,且MDM2和CXCR7过度表达可能与胶质瘤的发生发展有关。Objective To investigate the expression levels of murine double minute 2(MDM2)and CXC chemokine receptor 7(CXCR7)in normal brain tissues and glioma tissues and their relationship with pathological features.Methods A total of 74 cases of glioma tissues and 15 normal brain tissues confirmed pathologically in Linyi People’s Hospital from January 2018 to January 2022 were collected as experimental subjects.The expression of MDM2 and CXCR7 in the above tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry,and analyzed by chi-square test combined with clinical data.Results The expression rate of MDM2 in glioma tissue was 59.46%(44/74),which was significantly higher than that in normal brain tissue 6.67%(1/15),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=13.906,P<0.01).The expression rate of CXCR7 in glioma tissue was 70.27%(52/74),which was significantly higher than that in normal brain tissue 6.67%(1/15),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=20.946,P<0.01).The expression levels of MDM2 and CXCR7 were significantly correlated with histological grade of glioma(χ2=5.205,5.478,P<0.05).There were no significant correlation between the expression levels of MDM2 and CXCR7 and glioma age,gender and tumor site(respectively,χ2=0.000,0.014,0.072,0.062,0.039,0.021,P>0.05).Conclusion The high expression of MDM2 and CXCR7 in glioma tissue suggests that MDM2 and CXCR7 may play an important role in the progression of glioma,and the overexpression of MDM2 and CXCR7 may be related to the occurrence and development of glioma.
