摘　　要：特种高压清洗机器人是高压清洗领域机器换人的智能装备。文章介绍了特种高压清洗机器人的原理和结构,并结合磁力、光电、压力等多传感器的数据提取和数据融合,对特种高压清洗机器人进行数字化监控,研发了具有自检测、自诊断,可同时操作多台机器人的集群监控系统,系统可控制机器人在清洗过程中根据不同的状况调整不同的清洗策略,可进行远程监控、故障诊断和维护。The special high-pressure cleaning robot is an intelligent equipment for the replacement of machines in the field of highpressure cleaning.This article introduces the principle and structure of the special high-pressure cleaning robot,and combines the data extraction and data fusion of magnetic,photoelectric,pressure and other multi-sensors.The robot performs digital monitoring,and has developed a cluster monitoring system with self-detection,self-diagnosis,and can operate multiple robots at the same time.The system can control the robot to adjust different cleaning strategies according to different conditions during the cleaning process,and can remotely monitor and diagnose faults.And maintenance.
