摘　　要：目的:调查本科护生择业动机现状及其影响因素。方法:对342名护生进行问卷调查。结果:护生择业动机的期望和价值得分低于平均水平者分别占35.1%和33.3%。专业认同、防御性悲观是护生择业动机的正向影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论:护生择业动机水平有待提高。应针对护生专业认同和防御性悲观进行干预,以提高择业动机,促进职业生涯发展。Objective:To investigate nursing undergraduates’motivation to choose nursing as a career,and to explore the influencing factors.Methods:Total 342 nursing undergraduates were investigated by questionnaires.Results:35.1%and 33.3%of nursing undergraduates’expectation and value scores of career motivation were lower than the average.Professional identity and defensive pessimism were the positive influencing factors of career motivation of nursing undergraduates(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing undergraduates’career motivation need to be enhanced.Nursing educators should improve their career motivation,to promote the career development of nursing undergraduates.
