摘　　要：目的:探讨新冠肺炎期间天津市高职院校护理学生社交焦虑的现状及其影响因素,为采取有效的心理干预提供依据。方法:运用一般资料问卷、交往焦虑量表、心理弹性量表于2020年3月至6月对我系3个年级的学生进行问卷调查并进行统计学分析。结果:我校护生的社会焦虑总分高于全国常模;性别、是否独生子女、人际关系、心理弹性是主要影响因素。结论:应该帮助学生增强自我认知、减少自我关注,提高心理防御能力、积极应对新冠肺炎疫情。Objective:To explore the social anxiety of nursing students in higher vocational colleges in Tianjin and its influencing factors.Methods:From March to June 2020,a survey was conducted among nursing students of three grades,including general questionnaire,communication anxiety scale,resilience scale,etc.Results:The total score of social anxiety of nursing students was higher than the national norm.Gender,single child,interpersonal relationship and psychological flexibility were the most important factors.Conclusion:To enhance their self-awareness,reduce their self-concern,improve their psychological defense ability,respond positively.
