摘  要:目的:探讨PBL联合翻转课堂教学方法在超声诊断学本科实习教学中的应用效果。方法:选取滨州医学院2015级医学影像专业实习学生36人,分为实验组和对照组,每组18人,实验组采用PBL联合翻转课堂教学,对照组采用传统教学。比较两组学生实习成绩、临床能力以及教学满意度。结果:实验组基础理论成绩及上机操作成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组学生平时成绩差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),实验组学生各项临床能力优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组教学满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PBL联合翻转课堂教学方法有效激发学生学习兴趣,提高学生临床能力、综合成绩及教学满意度。Objective:To explore the effect of PBL combined withflipped teaching mode in ultrasonic diagnostics teaching.Methods:A total of 36 students were divided into two groups,the control group adopted the traditional teaching mode.Analysis and comparison of the two groups of students practice results,clinical ability and teaching satisfaction.Results:The results of basic theory and computer operation in the experimental group were higher than the control group(P<0.05),there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),the students in the experimental group were better than the control group(P<0.05)in terms of clinical ability.Conclusion:PBL combined with flipped classroom teaching model can stimulate students’learning interest,improve students’clinical ability,comprehensive achievement and satisfaction with teaching.
