摘  要:目的:探讨S-P表分析法在预防医学在线教学中的应用与效果。方法:随机选取2018级眼视光专业17名学生为实验组,利用S-P表法诊断其学习过程存在的问题并提醒干预;其余学生为对照组,未进行干预。学期末比较两组单元测试、期末考试和综合成绩。结果:实验组单元测试、期末考试和综合成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05);3道单元测试题警告系数>0.75。结论:在线教学过程中应用S-P表法对学生学习过程进行诊断,进而干预能提高学习效果和试题质量。Objective:To explore the application and evaluation of S-P table in online learning of Preventive Medicine.Methods:Total 17 students were chose from 2018 grade majoring inophthalmology as the treatment group;S-P tables were drawn according to unit testing,the problems in the online learning procedure were evaluated and fed back to students;the left 17 students were chose as control group without intervention.The score of unit test,final exam and comprehensive were compared with those in control group.Results:The score of unit test(t=-2.81,P=0.011),final exam(t=-2.05,P=0.048)and comprehensive(t=-2.48,P=0.008)in treatment group were higher than those in control group.There were 3 questions with alarm coefficient>0.75.Conclusion:S-P table can be used in e-learning to evaluate and improve the quality of study and examination.
