工作家庭冲突对心内科护士抑郁情绪的影响:睡眠质量的中介作用

摘　　要：目的探讨心内科护士工作家庭冲突、睡眠质量及抑郁情绪的现状、相互之间的关系及作用机制。方法采用便利整群抽样法抽取江苏省15所医院心内科共439名护士为研究对象,运用一般资料调查表、工作家庭冲突量表、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表及患者健康问卷抑郁量表进行问卷调查。结果心内科护士工作家庭冲突得分为(50.83±12.55)分,匹兹堡睡眠质量指数得分为(8.56±3.30)分,抑郁情绪得分为7.00(4.00,9.00)分。心内科护士工作家庭冲突总分、各维度与匹兹堡睡眠质量指数总分、各维度及患者健康问卷抑郁量表总分、各维度均呈正相关。睡眠质量在工作家庭冲突导致心内科护士抑郁情绪关系中起部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的33.48%。结论工作家庭冲突可直接导致心内科护士抑郁情绪的产生,同时也可以通过睡眠质量影响心内科护士抑郁程度,睡眠质量在心内科护士工作家庭冲突与抑郁情绪之间起中介作用。Objective To explore the status,relationship and mechanism among work-family conflicts,sleep quality and depression of cardiology nurses.Methods A total of 439 cardiology nurses from 15 hospitals in Jiangsu Province were selected by convenient cluster sampling method.General information questionnaire,work-family conflict scale,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,and Patient Health Questionnaire-9 were used for the research.Results The score of work-family conflict in cardiology nurses was(50.83±12.55).The score of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index was(8.56±3.30)and the score of depression was 7.00(4.00,9.00).The total score and each dimension of work-family conflict,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index and patient health were positively correlated.Sleep quality partly mediated between cardiology nurses work-family conflict and depression by 33.48%.Conclusion Work-family conflict can directly cause depression in cardiology nurses,and affect the degree of de⁃pression through sleep quality.Sleep quality plays a partial mediating role between work-family conflicts and depression in cardiology nurses.
