摘　　要：目的编制护理人员传染病突发公共事件救援核心胜任力测评量表并检测其信效度,为评估护理人员传染病突发公共事件救援核心胜任力情况提供有效的测评工具。方法以灾害护理能力框架和传染病突发事件行动框架为基础,通过文献分析、理论研究和质性访谈形成条目池,经两轮Delphi专家函询及预调查形成预试量表。采用便利抽样法,于2020年6月至9月选取山东省3所三级甲等医院的338名在岗注册护士进行调查,对量表进行信效度检测。结果正式量表包括10个维度共54个条目,累计方差贡献率为81.687%;总量表Cronbach'sα系数为0.968,折半信度为0.926,重测信度为0.951;总量表的内容效度为0.958,各个条目的内容效度为0.876~1.000。结论编制的护理人员传染病突发公共事件救援核心胜任力测评量表信效度良好,可用于护理人员传染病突发公共事件救援核心胜任力的评估,并可作为相应培训的内容框架。Objective To develop the core competence assessment scale of infectious diseases emergency public event for nurses and to test its reliability and validity,in order to provide an effective tool to evaluate nurses'core competence.Methods Based on the framework of disaster nursing ability and the action of infectious disease emergency,the entry pool was formed through literature analysis,theoretical re⁃search and qualitative interviews.The pre-test scale was formed by two rounds of Delphi expert letters and small sample test.By using conven⁃ient sampling method,338 registered nurses who came from 3 tertiary hospitals in Shandong Province were selected to test scale's reliability and validity.Results The formal scale consisted of 54 items in 10 dimensions.The cumulative variance contribution rate was 81.687%,the Cronbach'sαcoefficient was 0.968,the half reliability was 0.926,the retest reliability was 0.951,the content validity was 0.958,and the con⁃tent validity of each item was 0.876~1.000.Conclusion The core competency assessment scale for the rescue of infectious diseases emer⁃gency public events in nurses has a good reliability and validity,which can be used to evaluate nurses'core competence during the emergency rescue of infectious disease and be the training content framework as well.
