摘 要:苹果霉心病是苹果的重要病害,长期以来国内外一直认为苹果霉心病菌主要在苹果花期侵染,但是生产上花期防治控制效果不佳。利用粉红聚端孢Trichothecium roseum荧光标记菌株对新红星品种研究发现,粉红聚端孢的侵染分为两种类型:第一种类型为菌丝在花期从离生花柱缝孔口入侵进入合生花柱,沿花柱内的多细胞毛状体间扩展,最后进入心室并扩展到果肉;第二种类型为果实进入膨大期以后,菌丝沿萼筒—萼窦—心室腔裂缝开放通道进入果肉,引起果实内部发霉腐烂。因此,苹果霉心病需要在全生育期防治。Moldy core is a severe fruit disease of apple.The pathogens are thought to mainly infect at the flowering period,yet field controlling practices focusing on this period are usually ineffective.Using the Trichothecium roseum fluorescence labeling strain,two types of infection routes were revealed for Starkrimson Delicious apple.In the first case,the pathogen mycelia infected into united style through stylar fissures and spread toward basal style along pluricellular hairs in the flowering period,entered the carpel and spread into fruit tissues finally.In the latter case,duringthe fruit expanding period,pathogen mycelia spread into fruit tissues along the channel being composed of calyx tube,sinus and carpel crack,causing moldy core and core rot.The results support that apple moldy core should be controlled in the whole growing period.
