摘　　要：以香菇品种“L808”为材料,结合陇西县北方地区的气候特点,对适宜北方地区香菇棚栽安全越夏出菇的棚栽时间、品种选择、方法步骤、出菇环境调控、出菇模式等关键技术进行了研究。温度、水分、氧气、光照是影响香菇栽培的四大环境因子,4月15日之前完成菌棒转色上架后将出菇棚温度调节至15~28℃,菌棒温度调节至20~25℃,棚内相对湿度调节至60%左右,同时增加散射光和通风量,可以提高香菇品质、增加收益;另外,对菌棒成熟度和健康状况的准确判断,可以提高香菇栽培的效率。Taking the Lentinus edodes variety ‘L808’ as the research material, the key technologies such as greenhouse planting time, variety selection, method steps, environmental regulation and mode of Lentinus edodes were studied according to the climatic characteristics of the northern area of Longxi county, which were suitable for the safe over summer cultivation of Lentinus edodes in the northern area.The temperature, moisture, oxygen and light were the four environmental factors affecting the cultivation of Lentinus edodes.After the color conversion of Lentinus edodes was completed and put on the shelf before April 15the temperature of the mushroom shed was adjusted to 15-28 ℃,the temperature of the mushroom stick was adjusted to 20-25 ℃,and the relative humidity in the shed was adjusted to about 60%.At the same time, increasing the scattered light and ventilation could improve the quality and income of Lentinus edodes.In addition, the accurate judgment of the maturity and health status of mushroom rods could improve the efficiency of Lentinus edodes cultivation.
