铁路货运组织实验室创新型管理方法研究

摘　　要：铁路货运组织实验室对于铁路货运组织未来的发展具有重要意义。铁路货运组织管理加入实验设施后,能够提升应用型人才的培养力度、提升职工的学习兴趣以及推动实验室管理与职工发展进行紧密结合,为解决铁路货运组织实验室管理中存在的管理方式落后、管理人员能力不足和对职工吸引力度不够等问题,该文提出铁路货运组织实验室管理的创新路径,包括创新管理的核心理念、创新管理的方式和机制、提升创新型人才的吸纳力度以及保持实验室软硬件的更新频次等。The railway freight organization laboratory is of great significance for the future development of railway freight organization. The railway freight organization and management, after experimental facilities are introduced, can enhance the training level of applied talents, enhance workers’ interest in learning, and promote the close combination of laboratory management and staff development. In order to solve the problems existing in the laboratory management of railway freight organization, such as backward management mode, insufficient ability of managers and insufficient attraction to staff, this paper puts forward the innovative path of laboratory management for railway freight organizations, which includes innovating thecore concept of management, innovating the approach and mechanism of management, improving the absorption of innovative talents, and maintaining the updating frequency of laboratory software and hardware.
