摘 要:为降低挖掘机的生产成本,实现高效益、可持续的企业目标,以6 t小型挖掘机为研究对象,通过仿真分析和结构优化,对该型号挖掘机的工作装置进行轻量化设计。利用ANSYS软件对三种不同姿态下的动臂、斗杆和铲斗进行数值模拟和受力分析,并引入导重法对工作装置进行轻量化设计。结果表明,在满足材料许用应力的情况下,工作装置整体轻量化21.33%,达到了预先的设计目标。通过轻量化,极大地降低了工作装置的生产成本,为今后开展挖掘机的轻量化设计提供参考。In order to reduce the production cost of excavator and achieve the enterprise goal of high efficiency and sustainability, the work unit of 6 t mini excavator is taken as the research object, and the lightweight design of this model of excavator is carried out through simulation analysis and structural optimization. ANSYS software is used to simulate and analyze the dynamic arm, bucket bar and bucket in three different postures, and introduce the weight guiding method for the lightweight design of the work unit. The results show that the overall lightweighting of the work unit is 21.33% under the condition of satisfying the allowable material stress, which achieves the pre-designed target. The lightweighting greatly reduces the production cost of the work unit and provides a reference for the lightweighting design of excavators in the future.
