摘  要:对嵌入式软PLC控制平台原理进行分析,基于此进行掘进机智能控制平台设计,其中软件设计采用分层设计理念,以嵌入式驱动以及操作系统为基础,分开发层、应用层、平台层和系统层4个层级搭建软件架构;硬件设计以CCWi-i.MX6UL为核心,结合各类功能模块实现掘进机智能控制,通过在控制平台中对比引入和不引入PID反馈两种工况,监测在占空比下输出PWM信号的等效电流来表征智能控制平台控制效果。试验表明,控制平台能够保证比例电磁阀电流稳定在设定值,控制效果出色。The principle of embedded soft PLC control platform is analysed, based on which the intelligent control platform of roadheader is designed, in which the software design adopts the concept of layered design, based on embedded driver and operating system, and the software architecture is built in four layers: development layer, application layer, platform layer and system layer;the hardware design is based on CCWi-i.MX6UL as the core, combined with various functional modules to achieve The hardware design is based on the CCWi-i.MX6UL core and combines various functional modules to achieve intelligent control of the roadheader. The control effect of the intelligent control platform is characterised by comparing the introduction of PID feedback in the control platform with and without the introduction of two working conditions and monitoring the equivalent current of the PWM output signal under the null duty ratio.
