摘　　要：文章从高校医学生医德养成教育的内涵、高校开展医学生医德养成教育的必要性和意义、医学道德思维及其特征、高校医学生医德现状、高校部分医学生医德缺失的原因、高校医学生医德养成教育的哲学思考、高校医学生医德养成教育哲学思考应注意的几个问题、对医德养成教育价值的一些哲学思考、对构建医德养成教育约束机制的哲学思考几方面进行探讨,以培养更多适应社会主义医疗模式的优秀医疗人员。From the connotation of medical ethics cultivation education for medical students in colleges and universities, the necessity and significance of medical ethics cultivation education for medical students in colleges and universities, medical ethics thinking and its characteristics, the current situation of medical ethics of medical students in colleges and universities, the reasons for the lack of medical ethics of some medical students in colleges and universities, the philosophical thinking of medical ethics cultivation education for medical students in colleges and universities, and several problems that should be paid attention to in the philosophical thinking of medical ethics cultivation education for medical students in colleges and universities. Some philosophical thoughts on the educational value of the cultivation of medical ethics and the construction of the educational restraint mechanism of the cultivation of medical ethics are discussed in order to cultivate more excellent medical personnel who adapt to the socialist medical model.
