可持续发展视角下通信制造业业绩评价体系探讨

摘　　要：在国际贸易保护主义盛行的大环境下,通信制造业作为我国技术密集型行业,传统的业绩评价体系已不能满足其长久发展需求。基于可持续发展视角,从环境、社会与经济维度阐述可持续发展视角的必要性、业绩评价体系的现状,分析该行业在业绩评价体系方面存在的问题,由此确定构建原则,并提出对策建议。In the prevailing environment of international trade protectionism, the communications manufacturing industry is a technology-intensive industry in China, and the traditional performance evaluation system can no longer meet the long-term development needs of this industry. Based on the perspective of sustainable development, this article elaborates on the necessity of discussing the sustainable development perspective from the environmental, social and economic dimensions, the status quo of the performance evaluation system, analyzes the problems existing in the industry’s performance evaluation system, and determines the construction principles and proposes countermeasures.
