569例唇腭裂规范化序列治疗推广效果追踪评价

摘　　要：目的:对《先天性唇腭裂三级综合防治及规范化序列治疗指引》在广东省妇幼保健院示范单位及协同地区、单位的唇腭裂患者群体进行推广实施的治疗效果进行评价。方法:将项目开展期间广东省妇幼保健院及协同单位全部0~16岁唇腭裂患者(非综合征型)569例推行实施规范化唇腭裂序列治疗患者作为研究对象,另随机回顾既往同年龄组随访资料600例为对照。按相应的标准进行分组,对唇腭裂专用哺乳工具使用率、患儿生长指数、语音、听力、患龋率及心理健康状况、手术成功率、并发症发生率进行两组间比较分析。结果:上述指标两组间比较均有显著性差异,研究组指标均优于对照组。结论:《先天性唇腭裂三级综合防治及规范化序列治疗指引》实施有利于改善唇腭裂患儿的生长发育、听力、护齿、心理发育等,有利于提高手术的成功率,减少并发症,具有推广的价值。Objective: To evaluate the outcomes of the implementation of The practice guideline for tertiary integrated control and team approach techniques of the congenital cleft lip and palate in patients from multicenters in Guangdong Province of China. Methods: A total of 569 cleft palate patients(non-symptom type) in Guangdong Women and Children Hospital and collaborative centers were involved in this study as study group and received standardized cleft palate sequence therapy according to the guideline, and 600 cases treated as control group with peered age were also reviewed. According to the corresponding standards, the use rate of special lactating tools for cleft lip, growth index,speech and hearing status, caries rate, mental health status, surgical success rate, and complications were compared between the two groups. Results: There were significant differences in all the above indexes between the two groups, and the patients in the study group showed better outcomes as compared with those of the control group. Conclusion: The implementation of The practice guideline for tertiary integrated control and team approach techniques of the congenital cleft lip and palate is beneficial to improve the growth and development, hearing, tooth protection, and mental health development of children with cleft palate, and it is beneficial to improve the success rate of surgery, reduces complications, and has the value of promotion.
