摘 要:针对正畸治疗过程非拔牙矫治病例,需要空间去排齐整平上下牙列。正畸医生可以通过唇倾前牙、扩弓、邻面去釉和磨牙远中移动等方式来提供矫治空间,实际临床操作中,对于轻中度拥挤或前突的病例,目前很多矫治设计均采用磨牙远中移动方式。本文对国内外磨牙远中移动的相关研究进行了整理综述,通过对比不同装置中的支抗设计来分析不同磨牙远中移动方式的实现率以及存在的各种问题,为临床医生选择适合的矫治装置提供指导,更利于不同患者的个性化治疗。In the course of orthodontic treatment, it is necessary to utilize space to arrange the upper and lower dentitions for non-extraction cases. Orthodontic doctors can provide correction space by means of lip tilting front teeth, expanding the arch, reducing the interproximal enamel, and distalizing the arch. In the actual clinical operation, there are many orthodontic designs to increase the available space of the arch by distalizing the molars for the cases of light and moderate crowding or protrusion.This article will mainly review the papers on the distalization of molars to compare the anchorage design of various devices, analyze the realization rate, and discover the problems of molars in different devices. It aims to provide more advices on suitable orthodontic devices for orthodontic doctors,which will be beneficial for personalized treatment as well.
