摘　　要：过程考核作为住院医师规范化培训制度建设的重要组成部分,是一项正在探索和实践的重要工作。本文介绍了住院医师规范化培训过程考核的重要性、内涵、工作进展与成效、考核结果应用、存在的问题和应对策略。As an important part of the construction of standardized residency training,process assessment is an important work being explored and practiced.This paper is to introduce the importance,connotation,work progress and effectiveness,application of the assessment results,problems and countermeasures of the process assessment of the standardized residency training.
