摘 要:目的:探讨多模态分层教学法在妇产超声住院医师规范化培训中的应用。方法:将分层体系与多模态教学法结合,应用于妇产超声住院医师规范化培训中。比较实验组和对照组的超声报告诊断符合率及出科考核成绩。结果:(1)实验组的报告诊断符合率(83.6%)高于对照组(78.7%),但差异无统计学意义。(2)实验组的出科考核成绩明显高于对照组。结论:多模态分层教学法有利于激发住院医师的学习主动性,培养动手操作能力和临床思维,提高妇产超声住院医师规范化培训质量。Objective:To explore the application effect of multimodal stratified teaching method in standardized training of obstetric and gynecologic ultrasound residents.Methods:Combined with stratified system and multimodal teaching method,formulate the training scheme of residents,and applied in the standardized training of residents.Compare the diagnostic coincidence rate of ultrasound report and assessment results between experimental group and control group.Results:(1)the diagnostic coincidence rate of report of the experimental group(83.6%)was higher than that of the control group(78.7%),but the difference was not statistically significant.(2)The assessment scores of residents in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group.Conclusion:The multi-modal stratified teaching method is helpful to stimulate the learning initiative of residents,cultivate the hands-on operation ability and clinical thinking of residents,and improve the quality of standardized training of obstetrics and gynecology ultrasound residents.
