摘 要:目的:探讨O2O联合PBL教学方法在住院医师规范化培训肿瘤内科教学中的应用。方法:将参加住院医师规范化培训的学员随机分为实验组和对照组。比较O2O联合PBL教学方法和传统教学方法的教学效果。结果:接受O2O联合PBL教学方法的学员考核成绩高于对照组。结论:O2O联合PBL教学方法能够提高学员的成绩,提升教学效率。Objective:This study is to investigate the efficiency of PBL teaching method combined with O2 O teaching method of residency standardized training in oncology department.Methods:The students of Residency Standardized Training were randomly divided into observation group or control group to compare the results of PBL combined with O2 O teaching method and the traditional teaching method.Result:The results of PBL combined with O2 O teaching group is significantly better than the traditional teaching group.Conclusion:The efficiency of the Residency Standardized Training can be improved by combination of PBL combined with O2 O teaching method in oncology department.
