摘  要:采用DMA-80全自动测汞仪直接固体进样的测定方法对大米粉中的总汞含量进行测定。只需将大米磨成直径60目左右的大米粉后直接进样分析,无需其他消解等前处理。该方法的标准曲线相关系数为0.9994,大于0.999,检出限为0.0049 ng,标准物质的相对标准偏差为1.63%;大米粉的加标回收率在98.3%~113.4%。与传统的测定汞含量的方法相比,本方法减少了因前处理而造成的汞损失,操作简单、测定快速,且具有较高的准确度与回收率,适用于大米粉中的总汞含量测定。This article used direct solid injection by DMA-80 Automatic Mercury Detector to determine the total mercury in rice flour.Directly injected and analyzed after grinding the rice into rice flour with a diameter of about 60 mesh,and no other pretreatment such as digestion is required.The correlation coefficient of the standard curve was 0.9994,greater than 0.999;the detect limit was 0.0049 ng;the relative standard deviation of the reference material was 1.63%;the recoveries rates were 98.3%~113.4%.Compared with the traditional method for determining the mercury content,the method has the advantages of simple operation,fast determination and high accuracy and recovery rate,reducing mercury loss due to pretreatment.This method is suitable for the determination of total mercury in rice flour.
