摘　　要：一般神经网络的变量选择的一致性以及非线性系统的函数形式是困扰神经网络预测结果的两个重要问题,贝叶斯神经网络比较好地避免了以上两个问题。本文针对Java开发者的薪资,在贝叶斯神经网络的基础上,对其影响因素,如工作年龄、技能、以及城市等加以分析。The consistency of variable selection in general neural network and the function form of nonlinear system are two important problems perplexing the prediction results of neural network. The proposal of Bayesian neural network can better avoid the above two problems. Based on Bayesian neural network, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of Java developers’ salary,such as working age, skills, city and other related factors.
