摘  要:非全日制研究生教育事关研究生教育内涵式发展成效。在政策制定层面,非全日制研究生与全日制研究生已经实现了按照相同标准和政策进行招生,但由于社会认知固化、宣传引导不深入、政策标准衔接不统一等客观原因,新政策的执行并未完全解决非全日制研究生就业歧视问题,在就业歧视程度、就业歧视主体、就业歧视内容、就业歧视形式等方面都有不同程度体现,必须从社会、教育主管部门、各级政府、高等学校等方面协同发力,强化政策宣传,引导社会认知;健全社会支撑,统一标准方法;发挥高校作用,完善管理服务,全面营造健康有序的非全日制研究生就业环境,才能从根本上消除非全日制研究生就业歧视问题。Part-time postgraduate education is related to the effect of connotative development of postgraduate education.At present, part-time postgraduates and full-time postgraduates have been enrolled in accordance with the same standards and policies. However, due to objective reasons such as habitual social cognition, lack of in-depth publicity and guidance, and inconsistent policy standards, the new policy has not been implemented. Employment discrimination for part-time postgraduates has not been fully eliminated, and discrimination is manifested in varying employment aspects in terms of the degree, the subject,the content, and the form. It is necessary to make concerted efforts in other aspects to strengthen policy publicity and guide social cognition, improve social support and unify standard methods, give full play to the role of colleges and universities,improve management services, and comprehensively create a good and orderly employment environment for part-time postgraduates, so as to fundamentally eliminate employment discrimination towards part-time graduates.
