摘  要:基于双40 ft场桥的作业特点,建立以最小作业时间为目标的混堆箱区内传统单吊具场桥、单起升双40 ft场桥,以及双起升双40 ft场桥调度模型。通过SAGA(simulate anneal genetic algorithm)算法求解模型,达到了优化场桥设备配置和调度策略、缩短平均装卸时间、提高自动化码头作业效率的目标。对比了不同相邻箱占比、总任务量和贝位数情况下的3种场桥的作业效率。结果表明:在相邻箱占比、总任务量或贝位数不同的情况下,双40 ft场桥效率均高于单吊具场桥,验证了调度模型和算法的有效性。Based on the operating characteristics of twin 40 ft yard crane,the scheduling models of the single-container yard crane,twin 40 ft yard crane with single-lift structure and twin 40 ft yard crane with twin-lift structure in the mixed container area are established respectively to minimize the operating time.simulate anneal genetic algorithm(SAGA)hybrid algorithm is used in the yard crane scheduling model to optimize the yard crane equipment configuration and scheduling strategy,shorten the average loading and unloading time,and improve the operation efficiency of the automatic terminal.By comparing the operation efficiency of three kinds of cranes under the condition of different adjacent box proportion,total task volume and shell number of mixed stack box area.The results show that the efficiency of twin 40 ft yard crane is higher than that of single-container yard crane,and the effectiveness of the scheduling model and algorithm is verified.
