摘  要:《新时代公民道德建设实施纲要》提出“人民有信仰,国家有力量,民族有希望”,体现了信仰信念能够指引人生方向、引领道德追求。小学道法课堂应加强公民道德规范教育,坚持育人为本、德育为先,提升学生道德修为,为新时代培养有崇高理想和价值追求的高素养公民打牢道德根基。The outline for the implementation of citizen moral construction in the new era puts forward that“the people have faith,the country has power,and the nation has hope”,which reflects that faith and belief can guide the direction of life and moral pursuit.The primary school Daoism class should strengthen the education of citizens’moral norms,adhere to education first and moral education first,improve students’moral accomplishments,and lay a moral foundation for cultivating high-quality citizens with lofty ideals and value pursuit in the new era.
