镇域尺度下生态系统生产总值核算探索--以缙云县舒洪镇为例

摘　　要：根据浙江省生态系统生产总值(GEP)核算地方标准,采用GIS空间分析方法,以丽水市舒洪镇为例,定量评价了镇域生态系统生产总值(GEP)。结果表明:(1)2019年舒洪镇生态系统生产总值为16.26亿元,就生态系统服务功能而言,生态调节服务价值最大,占GEP总值的93.14%,生态物质产品和生态文化服务价值相对较小,分别为4.63%和2.22%;(2)就调节服务类型而言,气候调节服务价值最大,占GEP总值的74.51%,洪水调蓄价值和水源涵养价值次之;(3)就生态系统类型而言,依次为:湿地>森林>稀疏林>灌丛>草地。核算结果一方面反映出舒洪镇生态系统运行状况良好、生态服务价值可观,另一方面也为基层政府进行生态保护、生态补偿、生态管理和“两山”转化提供了数据支持。According to the local standard of GEP accounting in Zhejiang Province,taking Shuhong town of Lishui City as an example,the Gross Ecosystem Production(GEP)of the town is quantitatively evaluated by using GIS spatial analysis method.The results show that:(1)in terms of ecosystem service function,the total ecosystem production of Shuhong town in 2019 is 1.626 billion yuan.the value of ecological regulation service is the largest,accounting for 93.14%of GEP,and the value of ecological material products and ecological cultural services is relatively small,4.63%and 2.22%respectively;(2)in terms of regulation service types,the value of climate regulation service is the largest,accounting for 74.51%of GEP,followed by flood regulation value and water conservation value;(3)in terms of ecosystem types,the order is:wetland>forest>sparse forest>shrub>grassland.On the one hand,the accounting results reflect that the ecosystem of Shuhong town operates well and the value of ecological services is considerable.On the other hand,the research results also provide data support for the grass-roots government to carry out ecological protection,ecological compensation,ecological management and the transformation of“two mountains”.
