动脉内溶栓术联合血管内支架成形术应用于急性脑梗死患者的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察动脉内溶栓术联合血管内支架成形术应用于急性脑梗死患者的临床疗效。方法选取平度市中医医院2018年10月~2021年1月收治的68例急性脑梗死患者为研究对象,用随机数表法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组34例。将应用动脉内溶栓术治疗的患者作为对照组,将应用动脉内溶栓术联合血管内支架成形术治疗的患者作为观察组,对两组术后不良反应发生率、治疗总有效率进行比较。对两组治疗前、治疗后的血流动力学检测指标、血清相关指标、生活质量进行比较。对两组治疗不同时间段的神经功能缺损程度进行比较。结果观察组术后不良反应发生率低于对照组,治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组血流动力学检测指标、血清相关指标、生活质量、神经功能缺损程度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组血流动力学检测指标与血清相关指标、神经功能缺损评分均低于对照组,生活质量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对急性脑梗死患者应用动脉内溶栓术联合血管内支架成形术可明显改善患者的血流动力学、血清相关指标,有利于改善其神经功能缺损程度,具有较高的治疗安全性、有效性,可提升患者整体治疗效果与生活质量。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of intra-arterial thrombolysis combined with intravascular stenting applied to patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods Sixty-eight patients with acute cerebral infarction in Pingdu Hospital of Chinese Medicine from October 2018 to January 2021 were divided into control group and observation group equally.The patients in control group were treated with intra-arterial thrombolysis,whereas the patients in observation group were subject to intra-arterial thrombolysis combined with intravascular stenting.The incidence of postoperative side eff ects and the total response rate were compared between the two groups.The hemodynamic indexes,serum-related indexes and life quality of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.The neural function defi ciency of the two groups at diff erent stages during treatment was compared.Results The incidence of side eff ects in observation group was lower than control group,while the total response rate of observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no signifi cant diff erence in hemodynamic indexes,serum-related indexes,life quality and neural function defi ciency between the two groups(P>0.05).However,after treatment,the hemodynamic indexes,serum-related indexes and neural function defi ciency scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the quality of life was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of intra-arterial thrombolysis combined with intravascular stenting to patients with acute cerebral infarction could signifi cantly improve the hemodynamics and serum-related indexes of patients,attenuate neural function defi ciency,possess high therapeutic safety and effi cacy,and enhance the overall therapeutic eff ect and life quality of patients.
