摘 要:为了解决薄木贴面人造板生产工艺中存在的游离甲醛释放、天然薄木仓储成本高及生产能耗高等问题,以聚乙烯(PE)塑膜作为增强和胶黏材料对水曲柳装饰薄木进行复合改性,并以复合改性后的装饰薄木对中密度纤维板(MDF)进行饰面。采用全因子试验系统分析了薄木初含水率、热压温度,热压压力和热压时间对饰面板性能的影响。研究发现:薄木的初含水率越低,饰面板的表面胶合强度越高,综合考虑加工能耗和饰面板的表面质量,实际生产中薄木的初含水率以20%为宜。在所选的试验条件下试件的表面胶合强度均高于0.4 MPa,并通过Ⅱ类浸渍试验。热压压力、热压温度和热压时间对饰面板的表面胶合强度均有显著影响,最优工艺条件为:热压压力0.8 MPa、热压温度135℃、热压时间180 s。Free formaldehyde emission,high storage cost of natural veneer and high production energy consumption were the main issues of veneer decorative wood-based panels. In order to solve those problems,polyethylene(PE)plastic film was firstly used as reinforcement and adhesive material to modify Fraxinus mandshurica decorative veneer. The modified decorative veneer was then used to decorate the medium density fiberboard(MDF)panel. The effects of initial moisture content of decorative veneer,hot-pressing temperature,hot-pressing pressure and hot-pressing time on the properties of decorated MDF panel were analyzed by full factor test experiment. Results showed that the lower the initial moisture content of veneer,the higher the surface bonding strength of veneer. Considering the processing energy consumption and the surface quality of veneer,the initial moisture content of veneer in actual production was suggested to be 20%. Under the selected test conditions,surface bonding strength of all the specimens were higher than 0.4 MPa and passed the type II immersion test. All of the selected hot-pressing parameters have significant effects on the surface bonding strength of decorative panel. The optimal process conditions were:hot-pressing pressure 0.8 MPa,hot-pressing temperature 135 ℃ and hot-pressing time 180 s.
