摘 要:材料是影响人体感受座面舒适性的重要因素。研究不同材质对座面舒适性的影响,探究在硬质聚氨酯泡沫座面、软质聚氨酯泡沫座面、弹性材料座面3种不同材质座面下的体压分布及主观评价的差异性。选取偏瘦、标准、偏重3种体型的24名被试者进行体压试验,比较3种材料的最大压力、平均压力和接触面积的差异。同时采用主观评价法,让体验者对不同材质的座面舒适性和座面坐感进行主观评价,并对主观舒适性和座面坐感进行相关性分析。最终得出软质聚氨酯泡沫座面在座面软硬感方面与其他两种座面相比有明显差异,不同体型人群对软质座面的感受都具有较高评价;偏轻体型人群不适合硬质座面;偏重体型人群对弹性材料座面比偏轻体型人群感受明显。Material is an important factor affecting the comfort of human body. The influence of different materials on seat comfortability was studied through the body pressure distribution and subjective evaluation difference among hard polyurethane foam seat surface,soft polyurethane foam seat surface and elastic material seat surface. Twenty-four subjects with three body types of underweight,healthy,overweight were selected for body pressure experiment,and the differences of maximum pressure,average pressure and contact area of the three materials were compared. At the same time,the subjective evaluation method was applied to conduct the experiencer subjective evaluation on the comfortability of the seat surface and the sitting feeling of the seat surface of different materials. The correlation between the subjective comfort and the sitting feeling of the seat surface was analyzed. Finally,the soft polyurethane foam seat surface has obvious difference in soft and hard feeling compared with the other two kinds of seat surface.People of different body types have high evaluation on the soft seat surface. Underweight people is not suitable for hard seat surface;Overweight people feel more obvious to elastic material seat surface than those with underweight body type.
