摘　　要：为解决目前国内的部分床垫工厂存在的区域规划不当、分工不合理造成生产效率低下的问题,对南京某床垫加工厂进行实地调研。以床垫加工流程中的围边工序为研究对象,观察围边操作员在围边机上的工作流程以及与两种围边机的配合情况。采用摄像法和作业记录法进行记录,并运用工业工程中人机操作分析的方法和“5W1H”等方法,对围边工序进行程序分析、问题总结与方案优化。该岗位存在生产效率不高、机器空闲、人员工位不明确等问题。针对这些问题,提出了改进建议和方案,以提升床垫加工厂的生产效率。In order to solve the problems of low production efficiency caused by improper regional planning and unreasonable division of labor in some domestic mattress factories,a mattress processing factory in Nanjing was investigated.Taking the tape edge sewing process in the mattress processing process as the research object,the work flow of the tape edge sewing operator on the edging machine and the cooperation with the two kinds of edging machines were observed.The camera method and operation recording method were used for recording,and the methods of man-machine operation analysis in industrial engineering and“5W1H”were used to analyze the procedure,summarize the problems and optimize the scheme of the edging process.In view of the problems such as low production efficiency,idle machine,unclear personnel position,etc.,the improvement suggestions and schemes were put forward to improve the production efficiency of mattress processing plant.
