摘  要:针对手机电池后壳的精密成型需要,设计了一副三板模具,用于塑件的注射成型,模具进行3次开模。为满足塑件的精密成型要求,模具结构使用1模1腔方式进行布局,确保塑件的成型精度,使用插穿型分型面,保证了塑件周边尺寸得到精确控制;使用点浇口流道系统+牛角浇口复合浇注系统,避免了浇口开设在外观面上,同时,使用侧抽芯滑块成型外壁矩形枕位槽,确保了塑件外观的完整性。运用CAE分析获得了浇注系统中牛角浇口和点浇口的尺寸分别为Φ1.2 mm、Φ1.2 mm。模具结构设置了一个斜导柱滑块机构和12个新型万能斜顶机构,其中,11个斜顶机构用于塑件内壁倒扣的成型与脱模,1个斜顶机构用于浇注系统中引料柱的成型与脱模。Combining with the need for precision molding of the battery case, a three-plate mold was designed for the molding of the plastic part, and the mold was opened by three times. In the mold, the layout of 1 mold and 1 cavity was used to ensure the molding accuracy of the plastic parts, and the insertion type parting surface was used to ensure that the peripheral dimensions of the plastic parts were accurately controlled;the point gate runner system+horn gate compound casting system was used In order to avoid the gate opening on the appearance surface, the side core-pulling slider was used to form the rectangular pillow groove on the outer wall, which ensured the integrity of the appearance of the plastic part. CAE analysis was used to obtain the size of the horn gate and the point gate in the gating system as Φ1.2 mm and Φ1.2 mm, respectively. In the mold structure, an angle pillar slider mechanism and 12 universal oblique top mechanisms were set up, of which 11 lifters were used for the molding and demoulding of the inner wall of the plastic part, and 1 lifter mechanism was used in the pouring system forming and demoulding of the lead column.
